Well, this one is different… But then again, not really…
It is kinda tough to describe what went into this painting. Mostly, it was a desire to just do something…different. So I took one of my older pictures and almost completely redid it.
Part of it was, because I rescaled the previous version to get up to print resolution. This required extensive remodeling for the complete picture. So I decided, what the heck, do it over a little more. So I got rid, of everything, except the nose and eyes. Even the skin got a complete redo.
Everything is either completely new or got a heavy dose of overhaul…I really like the final outcome. It has this fierce energy, mostly from the expressive eyes. I think I found a fitting title for this piece…
