The next entry to the nature series is called Tropical Beauty – Orchid. Inspired by both my trips to Hawaii as well as a picture on the Internet I figured this would make a very nice addition to my collection.
Hawaii is beautiful in oh so many different ways…nature, people, landscape, culture, language…that one has to be impressed.
This painting took about 6 hours and 84 layers. Each petal is a separate set of layers. I think I kinda figured out how to paint them in an acceptable fashion….There is always something new to learn…
